Our key principles are:

Stringent Screening process: We follow strict hiring and screening procedure, which means only capable and competent professionals are inducted, our focus on integrity and professionalism has no bounds.

Identification and implementation of lessons learned: We encourage our operatives to report all incidents including near misses, our compliance unit regularly circulate reports to concerned entities and incorporate lessons learned in training. 

Written SOPs: We have written policies, procedures, and protocols for operations, these are internally audited periodically for smooth operation.

Channelizing and incorporating customer feedback: We entertain different channels for the customer to provide feedback, including through an online portal.

Based on the customer feedback improvements are planned and pieces of training are developed.

Continuous Training Programs: Apart from mandatory 40 Hours of ministry training and licensing, we identify individual needs of training through feedback and experiences, our in house training center ensures that required knowledge is imparted.

As a security agency we strive for crime prevention and deterrence which is achieved by avoiding altercations, recognizing the symptoms of incidents, incorporating ethics, professionalism, effective communication skills and understanding other’s behavior.
